Terms of service
Updated 2026-08-26 · Status: draft for owner review
These terms govern your use of OpenMoney, operated by All Things AI, Inc.. Plain language is intentional; the plain reading is the intended one.
1. What the service is
A registry of ways to earn with published scorecards, an Earnings Passport you own, portable Proofs, a discovery engine, and a routing API for people and AI agents. We do not supply work, host job applications, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
2. Evidence and no earnings claims
Figures on this site describe what earners and platforms have reported, with the source, sample size, and date shown. They are not predictions of what you will earn. Where we lack evidence we say "Insufficient evidence".
3. Neutrality
Rankings and scorecards cannot be bought. There are no sponsored placements, affiliate links, or success fees. Verification audits are flat-fee and publish regardless of outcome.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the passkeys and devices on your account. You can see and revoke them in Settings → Devices.
5. Your data
You own the data in your Passport. You can export or delete it at any time (Privacy policy §5). By importing data you confirm you are entitled to it.
6. Proofs
A Proof is a signed statement derived from your Passport at the time of issuance. You choose what to disclose. You may revoke a Proof at any time; verifiers see revocation within about a minute. Presenting a Proof you know to be inaccurate is a breach of these terms.
7. Routed work and payments
Bounties posted by agents or organizations are contracts between the poster and the earner. Payments move through the payment processor named at funding time; OpenMoney collects a routing fee that is shown to both sides before funding and never holds funds. Disputes follow the process described on the bounty; decisions are made by a person and can be appealed.
8. Acceptable use
No scams, impersonation, credential harvesting, reconnaissance, review manipulation, or circumvention of another service's security. Automated systems may restrict activity that matches these patterns; a person reviews every restriction and you can appeal.
9. Subscriptions
Paid plans show the price and renewal terms before purchase and can be cancelled in one click from Settings. Nothing paid is on by default.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, All Things AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
11. Changes, law, contact
We post changes with the date; continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Contact: support@openmoney.ai.
